The equipment is made up of the detection unit, HMI, control unit, and rejector, suitable for capping, level and coding detection of high speed PET bottled production line.The positioning sensor detects the PET bottle, records the bottle ID through the control unit, records the current encoder signal and informs the camera to collect the image of bottle cap, liquid level and spray code, and then the image processor processes the image and transmits the processing result to the man-machine interface for dynamic display. On the other hand, it is transferred to the control unit PLC. After receiving the unqualified signal, it will inform the eliminator to eliminate the corresponding ID bottle.
