Equipment introduction

1. Bucket lifting belt device:
The two-stage belt conveyor lifts the oil barrels to a certain height and sends it to the differential bottle handling conveyor. The height of the belt baffle is less than half the thickness of the oil barrels, which is conducive to the lifting of the single layer oil barrels and the natural rolling of the oil barrels stack.

2.Differential bottle handling:
The differential speed of multi-section conveying is adopted to realize the finishing and conveying of the lubricating oil barrel. The conveying width of the inlet of the barrel conveying part allows two barrels to pass through at the same time, which reduces the risk of mutual extrusion of the barrel and improves the operation stability of the equipment. Multi - stage conveyor step - by - step linkage control to adjust the spacing of the barrel.

3. Visual positioning detection system:
Installed in the grab conveyor inlet section. The visual positioning system will take photos to locate and detect the shape state of the oil barrels delivered, form data information and send it to the robot system after analysis. The number, position and orientation of the oil barrels passed by the inspection side will be sent to the controller, and the controller will send corresponding grasping commands to the two spider hand robots according to the received signals.

4. Bottle handling spider hand robot:

According to the information of the oil barrels sent by the visual detection system, the grasping position will be automatically adjusted to grasp the oil barrels, and the oil barrels will be reversed under the action of the fifth axis, and the oil barrels will be upright and the hand fixed toward the conveyor. The two spider robots will automatically assign grasping tasks according to the number and speed of oil barrels delivered.

5. Recovery device:
Its main function is to collect oil barrels with invalid grabs and prevent accumulation and damage of oil barrels with invalid grabs under special circumstances.

6. The barrel conveying device makes the connection and transition between the conveyor belt of each section and the conveyor belt of the filling machine good, without the phenomenon of knocking the barrel, squeezing the barrel and reversing the barrel.
